Article 3 of the Italian Constitution guarantees equal social dignity for all, without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, or political opinions.
But what does “diversity” truly mean? Throughout history, privileged categories—often male, white, and Western—have dominated, creating partial and non-inclusive visions.
This exclusion has generated discrimination, conflicts, and injustices. In the contemporary era, however, inclusion is no longer an option but a necessity for the future of our civilization. We must recognize that we are all part of the same world, with our unique talents at the service of humanity.
In this Live Streaming, we celebrated those who have transformed diversity into a value of inclusion.
